Jaguars Hold Bills To 3 Points win 10-3
it was all about Defense at Everbank Field Sunday afternoon, as the Jacksonville Jaguars took on the Buffalo Bills in the AFC Wild Card Game. The Jacksonville Jaguars got just enough from their offense to earn their first postseason victory since 2007.
Blake Bortles found TE Ben Koyack for a 1 yard score and the only touchdown of the game midway in the 3rd quarter to give Jacksonville the edge it needed for a 10-3 AFC wild-card playoff win.
Both offenses were largely kept under wraps on the day. But after being held to just 84 total yards in the first half, the Jaguars went on a 15-play, 86-yard drive in the third quarter that game them the final advantage.
The Jaguars now travel to Pittsburgh next Sunday to take on the Pittsburg Steelers in a divisonal showdown, with the New England Patriots hosting the Tennessee Titans in the AFC’s other game. Jacksonville defeated the Steelers 30-9 in Week 5 as Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger threw five interceptions.
