The Carolina Cobras join defending NAL Champions Jacksonville Sharks, Columbus Lions, and the Lehigh Valley Steelhawks with the previously announced expansion franchise Jersey Flight and Massachusetts Pirates for play in 2018. Calling the Greensboro Colosseum, the Cobras are ready for action.

The Cobras went on to announce the hiring of Head Coach Billy Back. Back brings a history of winning as both a coach and a player to this new Carolina team. Back’s resume includes several championship seasons and an impressive overall record of 82-27 (.752 winning percentage) as a Head Coach.
