The Arena Football League is sitting at six(6) teams, with Baltimore BrigadeCleveland GladiatorsPhiladelphia Soul, Tampa Bay Storm,  Washington Valor and Albany ready to play. Most of the teams held tryouts in the last few weeks and Albany should be announcing the Winning Team Name any day now.

The National Arena League has the Jacksonville Sharks, Columbus Lions, Massachusetts Pirates, Jersey Flight, Lehigh Valley Steelhawks and Monterrey Steel still listen on their website, but only the Sharks, Lions, Pirates and Flight have really done much so far.

The Flight signing  Demetrice Sims, De’Andre Randle, Dashown Waller, Anthony Rizzolo  and Jim Rizzolo(the Twins). Columbus has signed  Naties Isles, Ryan Schmidt and Akim Francis. And the Pirates are taking no time in starting to build their team signing former Tampa Bay Buc Thomas Claiborne, Ex-New York Giants Nick Haag, ex- Houston Texan and AFL star Shawn Loiseau, Fomer LA Kiss DB John Hardy Tuliau, former New England Patriot Ja-Mes Logan and former High Country Grizzlies DB  Troy Sanders.

The NAL is expected to announce 2 or 3 more teams in the next week or so.

The American Arena League is the most Team Friendly league at the moment. With 15 teams spread across the country, The AAL, is ready to start their First season. With former AFL, NAL and IFL teams, this league should bring some entertainment and good football play to the masses.
