FSU and ULM game, rescheduled after that match up was postponed due to a hurricane in September
Florida State needs VICTORIES down the stretch to secure bowl-eligibility and today it was announced the the game against Louisiana Monroe is being rescheduled for Dec 2, 2017 at Doak Campbell Stadium.
FSU-ULM will kickoff at noon with TV to be announced later. The game was officially rescheduled on Tuesday in a press release.
“I appreciate the efforts of our administration as well as the administration and Coach (Matt) Viator at ULM to get this game rescheduled,” Fisher said. “It was unfortunate for both teams that we were not able to play this game in September, and both teams deserve the chance to play their 12th game of the season. Any time we have the opportunity to play in Doak Campbell Stadium in front of our fans we are excited. However, this week our complete focus is on Clemson.”
ULM is 4-5 after a 52-45 win over Appalachian State on Saturday.
FSU is 3-5 going into Saturday’s game at Clemson with games against Delaware State, at Florida and then ULM to close the regular season. The Seminoles are looking to play in a bowl game for a 36th straight season, a streak recognized by the school and many media outlets but not the NCAA (the organization has the 2006 Emerald Bowl as a vacated appearance and a vacated win over UCLA).
Tickets and parking passes previously issued for the originalSept. 9 game will be honored. Tickets are $30 for sideline seats, $25 for end-zone sections and $12 for youths 18 and under.
